Update Password:

1. Log into your Blockbid account

2. Navigate to 'Settings'

3. Click the 'Security' tab

4. Enter your current password, new password and confirm the new password (12 characters, uppercase, lowercase and a number)

5. Click ‘Update Details’ to save the new password


Forgot Password:

If you’ve forgotten your password and cannot log into the exchange follow these steps:

  1. Visit Blockbid login page

  2. Click ‘Forgot Password’

  3. Enter the email address associated with your Blockbid account

  4. An email will be sent - click the link in the email

  5. Hit the ‘Sign In’ button
